3 short workouts you can take outside

As summer approaches (apparently in Toronto it starts in March this year) we want to spend as much time outdoors as possible and minimize our time in the sweaty gym. But this is no reason for our fitness to suffer!

I’ve spoken often about the benefit of high intensity interval training (HIIT). Not only are these workouts highly efficient and a great time saver, they can be done almost anywhere!

Today I wanted to share 3 fun and intense 15 minute workouts you can take to your local park as your work on your tan.

For each workout below perform 3 sets of the circuit:

Set 1: 60 seconds per exercise
Set 2: 45 seconds per exercise
Set 3: 30 seconds per exercise

Take 30 seconds of rest in between each circuit.
