Keeping it fun and fresh is important to me. I want my clients to feel the same passion for health and fitness that I have. Spontanaiety is a favourite in my vocabulary.
My goal is for you to look forward to your workout all week and see it as a welcome breath of fresh air rather than a chore. Seriously, who likes doing chores?
As someone who is constantly on the go, I understand the busy life styles many of us lead today. Making the change to a healthy lifestyle takes commitment and it’s certainly not easy.
Clients should not expect quick fixes from me. Sure you can loose 15lbs in 6 weeks on a rigid time consuming plan but what happens after that? Is a Biggest Loser style exercise regime really practical for the average Joe?
What I will promise is that we will work together to find a way to incorporate fitness, nutrition, and balance into your lifestyle. If you are motivated to make the change I can help sort out the logistics.
I can also promise there will be no calorie counting with me. I am a firm believer that diets alone don’t work.
Making healthy choices however and modifying your family’s lifestyle is something that will stick.
